Learning Objectives 
Following the education, the learners will be able to: 

- Formulate strategies to become sensitive to sociocultural differences in the work place
- Define CBCT® (Cognitive Based Compassion Training), a systematic training in compassion, and assess its empirically validated benefits
- Describe impartiality and empathy, key components of CBCT®, as traits with an evolutionary basis that can be trained
