Location: Virtual - Zoom
Claudia, Yun Wei, is a postdoctoral fellow from Dr. David Langenau Lab at Mass General Brigham, and Harvard Medical School. She obtained her PhD degree in Cancer Biology from Emory University with remarkable work on inhibitor 2 of PP2A in sonic hedgehog medulloblastoma under the mentorship of Anna Kenney. In Langenau Lab, Claudia has worked on understanding the tumor initiation, progression and recurrence of rhabdomyosarcoma using the most advanced single-cell profiling, barcode tracing, CRISPR and epigenetics probing utilizing models ranging from zebrafish and patient derived samples. Dr. Wei’s work has been recognized and awarded by the Summer’s Way and Friends of TJ Foundation, Mass General Hospital ECOR Medical Discovery Committee and most recently National Cancer Institute with a K99/R00 transition award.
