Research cores and service centers available to child health researchers were highlighted at the conference via brief presentations and posters. For more information on these cores, please click here. Eighty-five scientific posters also were presented at the conference, with 13 investigators from local institutions giving short talks on their research.
The above numbers demonstrate the impressive impact of the Emory+Children’s Pediatric Research Center throughout the metro-Atlanta region. By providing research infrastructure, pilot project funding, and opportunities for investigators to forge new cross-disciplinary collaborations, the center addresses significant child health problems and helps to make kids better today and healthier tomorrow.
