HeRO Outreach - Smart Heart Series
Through "Smart Heart" HeRO hosted monthly meetings designed to educate patients and their families on heart disease and function. This event was made possible by a generous gift from the Rhame Family Foundationand support from Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
