ICI has recently purchased a new confocal microscope. This confocal microscope allows for easily accessible super-resolution (100 nm laterally and 300 nm axially). No specialized super-resolution dyes or dedicated labeling protocols are required. This confocal allows for high re-solution three-dimensional volumes to explore protein localization, spatial relationships, and subcellular architecture with greater clarity. A training lecture/demo will be held November 12th at 1pm.
