We’re excited to announce a HeRO + CF-AIR Joint Seminar on Thursday, November 13th from 1:00–2:00 PM (HSRB II N600 or via Zoom)!

You’ll hear from Chiemela Ohanele, BA (MD/PhD Candidate, BCDB Program) "SLC25A1 is a Cell-Autonomous Regulator of Cardiomyocyte Differentiation and Mitochondrial Maturation in the Developing Heart.” and Bum-Yong Kang, PhD (Assistant Professor, Pulmonary, Asthma, Cystic Fibrosis, and Sleep) as they share new and exciting research from their labs, “miR-21/METTL3 Axis Regulates CFTR Expression in CF Lung Disease.”

We’ll also have collaborative discussion panels after the talks , which will serve as a great chance to share ideas and spark new partnerships. A light lunch will be served for in-person attendees.
