Biography
I completed my PhD at Emory's Rollins School of Public Health in 2020. I am now a post-doctoral research fellow at USC-Keck SOM in Leda Chatzi and David Conti's laboratory. My research focuses on examining the effect of persistent organic pollutants (primarily PFAS) on metabolic perturbations in pediatric populations. I am also interested in elucidating this relationship through the analysis of high dimensional multi-omics (miRNA, metabolomics, lipidomics, RNA-seq, and proteomics) markers and the use of statistical techniques related to novel mixtures analysis.
