My research investigates how neural stem cells sense and transduce mechanical forces to regulate fate and migration, with a particular focus on mechanobiology in brain development and disease. We use advanced imaging, microchannel devices, and pediatric brain tumor models to uncover how biophysical forces shape neurodevelopment, glioblastoma, and medulloblastoma progression.
