Dr. Proctor's research focuses on characterizing the epidemiology, health impacts, and remediation of Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), particularly when ARFID occurs alongside a diet-managed chronic illness, pediatric IgE-mediated food allergy.
