Dr. Viswanath's research focuses on developing the next generation of artificial intelligence (AI) approaches, specifically new image analytics, radiomics, pathomics and machine and deep learning methods. These approaches are applied to problems in computer-aided diagnosis and detection, disease characterization and quantitative evaluation of treatment response across adult and pediatric conditions.
