Guides for Clinical Researchers

Need Research Help? We've Got You

The Clinical Research Guide linked below provides a clear overview of the steps involved—from required training and IRB submissions to study management and closeout for both research at Emory and Children's. It’s designed to help investigators navigate clinical research processes efficiently and in compliance with institutional requirements.

RESEARCH GUIDE

Research teams should also take our Recommended Training before conducting research. Different training options includes free, expert-led online courses for clinical research coordinators and faculty at all levels. Topics cover onboarding, regulatory science, research operations, and more, with some providing certificates or CE credits provided upon completion.

Training Resources

CCTR is available for general or project specific guidance and individual scientific consultations for investigator-initiated studies. Please note: a draft proposal or protocol must be submitted prior to the meeting.
