BD FACSymphony A5/A3/A1

The Emory Pediatrics/Winship Flow Cytomtery core recently purchased a BD FACSymphony, this was installed the beginning of 2019. Our first 6 trainees (star users) were trained on the 3rd and 4th of Jan after successfuly completing the staining / running of a 24-color panel! 

This page will provide you with all of the instrument information you need from recommended voltages, some basic panels, stain indexes for most dyes specific to this instrument and standard operating procedures.
